In this episode we meet Brooke Westlake, the founder of the upcoming Women in Cannabis Expo As the founder of a newn testing lab ADA Lake Labs, LLC Brooke decided to create a safe space for women to meet, network, build relationships and share advice for others in the cannabis industry.

Four Women’s Expos in 2022
Brooke hosted the first expo this year in Reno Nevada and is looking to hold four events in 2022across the nation. The venues have yet to be chosen but these are the dates:

What The Expo Will Look Like
- Future expos are condensed to one day
- 9-5 speakers each day
- 11 AM to 5 PM for the expo hours
- Evening cocktail hours and mixers
- Also award ceremonies, scholarships and a raffle
Speakers
The speakers will be very diverse: attorneys, yoga masters, online ticket sellers, authors, dispensaries, hemp cultivators, banking, manufacturers, non-profits, for-profits, accounting and many others. Each event will have different speakers, many local to the area.
Feedback from attendees shared the event is much needed, a safe place to speak to challenges. Also the event is a chance to build relationships and get recognized for good work.
