Last week I attended the Canna Drinks Expo and was able to sample many different kinds of cannabis drinks. So it’s good timing to have the leadership of Cannalean visit the podcasts today. Chris Johnson is the CEO and founder of Cannalean and Kenny Cottrell is the COO and chemist at Cannalean. Together they share their origin story, beliefs on crafting quality cannabis drinks, and discuss the future of canna drinks. Lastly, they share advice to budding cannabis entrepreneurs interested in getting into the industry.

  Chris Johnson founded Cannalean in 2014. He graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 2013. Chris is an FDA-certified organic chemist specializing in liquid infusion. He won the 2022 Best Extraction Artist from the Las Vegas Cannabis Awards.
